Our vision is to deliver educational excellence by raising attainment and setting high expectations for every student and member of staff. Through inspirational learning and an innovative curriculum, E-ACT is sponsoring academies as centres of excellence for improving young people’s life chances. We have currently have 8 academies opened and have more planned to open in September.
Due to this recent and proposed growth E-ACT are looking to bring on board another exceptional HR professional to report directly into the HR Director. Working in partnership with the existing HR Manager and our academy HR staff you will be responsible for delivering a customer focused service. You will develop excellent relationships with both the individual academy’s senior management team and HR team. Taking on a partnership approach you will deliver best practice solutions to a range of HR matters including: local employee relations issues and complex case work, change management and recruitment & retention.
Your approach is of great importance – you will enjoy working in a consultative and coaching style. As an experienced HR practitioner, your CV will demonstrate a solid range of skills including employee relations, change management, extensive TUPE experience and a broad employment law knowledge. Previous experience of working in a Local Government Education setting will be advantageous.
